Implementation

A natural outcome of having multi-stakeholder teams working together to create a viable action plan, is that their knowledge puts them in a perfect position to support and drive implementation! To provide maximum continuity, the planning team will guide the plan through implementation, while coordinating with other county teams around common infrastructure development and system operation.

The Centre for Sustainable Food Systems will support team efforts with professional project management to ensure quality, timely execution of infrastructure and system projects, all within budget.

Although traditional sources of financing are becoming more difficult to obtain, the Centre has identified favourable financing through a number of non-traditional sources.
